Our Family Snow Day!

Winter this year has been very mild. We haven't had much snow at all and the temperature here has been up to forty degrees some days. This is very strange, especially since we live in Michigan. From January until now, it has only snowed a few times. The days it did snow, it wouldn't snow very much and sometimes it would melt the next day. So we didn't have any days off of school or work for daddy and the grandparents. Today, we had our first snow day and we took advantage of it.

Finished Playroom Project

I finally finished this playroom today. I had so much fun creating this room. I painted this room all by myself without tracing anything. The top left picture is of a pond with a little camp site next to it. The top right picture has a cave with a grizzly bear and a tree stump with flowers. The middle left picture is a big tree that takes up the whole corner of the room and the branches spread out on the walls and up across the ceiling. The trunk of the tree also has a growth chart on it. The two green rectangles are painted with magnetic/chalkboard paint. They both have vines painted around them with butterfly wall stickers on them(My daughter has taking most of them off the bottom. lol). The middle right picture is a sun with clouds on the ceiling. I also put glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling as well. Then both of the bottom pictures, I put pictures of my daughter and my nephew and niece. This playroom took me about a week to paint it, but I enjoyed every minute of it.

A Little About Me

My name is Renae L. Klinck. I'm truely blessed to be the wife of Tony Klinck and the mother of Kayley Klinck. Tony and I became happily married on June 18, 2005. We were married at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Then in November of 2009, I found out that I was pregnant. We found out that our baby was going to be a girl and on July16, 2011, Kayley Renae Klinck was born at Hurley Hospital. I remember thinking that God has blessed me with this beautiful baby girl and now I get to share my life with her.
On September 23, 2011, I asked Jesus Christ to forgive my sins and asked Him into my heart. I always thought that I was a Christian since I was four years old. I was even baptized when I was seven. But the Lord knew my heart and I was convicted that night. Now my life belongs to God and I am His Child. I love reading and studying His Word and I'm involved in many ministries in my church. I sing in the Choir. I'm a Sparky Leader for second grade girls in Awana. I'm a Care Group Leader for my sunday school class. (Family Builders) I go to a Discipleship Class, I'm a leader in Jr. Worship and work in the Nursery. God has blessed my life in many ways. I hope to continue to grow stronger and closer to God everyday with His help.
